Can I save my registration information for future events?

Yes! Registrationmonster.com lets you store your personal information so that you do not have to re-enter it for future events.


Can I update my personal information?

Of course! Have you moved? Gotten a new email address? Changed phone carriers? No problem! Just log into your account at any time to modify your personal information. NOTE: If you've changed your address, email, or made a correction to your information before an event that you are currently registered for, it is advisable that you contact the event's management directly to change your information with them as they may have already downloaded your registration information from Registrationmonster.com.

Why does it say "Registration Monster" or "Registrationmonster.com" on my credit card statement?

Registrationmonster.com processes the registrations for events. If you've signed up for an event using our system, the charge may appear on your credit card statement as "Registration Monster," "Registrationmonster.com" or "Signupandgo.com."


What is Signupandgo.com?

Signupandgo.com is the former name of Registrationmonster.com"

Refunds

Why does it say "Registration Monster" or "Registrationmonster.com" on my credit card statement?

Registrationmonster.com processes the registrations for events. If you've signed up for an event using our system, the charge may appear on your credit card statement as "Registration Monster," "Registrationmonster.com" or "Signupandgo.com."


How can I get a refund for my registration?

Registrationmonster.com handles the online registration and credit card processing for various events. We are not authorized to give refunds. For questions about refunds or to obtain any kind of a refund, you must contact the event organizers directly ? only they can authorize a refund.


Why can't Registrationmonster.com issue a refund?

Registrationmonster.com provides a service of registration collection and credit card processing. Fees and Information collected at Registrationmonster.com are continually transferred to each event's management personnel. Once fees and information have been transferred to the event, Registrationmonster.com can no longer make changes to registrations or refund money collected. Refunds and changes must be arranged directly with each event's own management.


How do I get a refund if there was a billing error?

If there has been a billing error or perhaps a double-billing of some kind, Registrationmonster.com can issue a full refund back to your credit card.


How long does it take to receive a refund if one was issued?

If a refund back to your credit card was issued by Registrationmonster.com, it usually takes from 2-4 days for the returned charge to appear on your credit card statement

Declined Charges

Why was my credit card declined?

We have found the most common cause of a credit card being declined is usually related to the billing address entered at the time of registration. In an effort to maintain a secure credit card processing environment, we require that registrants enter the exact billing address of the credit card being used to charge the registration. Very often, people move, or they are using a company card that has a different billing address ? this is the address that must be entered into the billing information.


My card was declined, why does my statement shows a "Charge Pending?"

When you are in the process of running a credit card charge, the system charging the card often makes a request to your credit card processor for the availability of the funds before running an address verification check. This tells your card issuer that there is a "charge pending." If the transaction then fails due to a billing address error, the system cancels the transaction (reporting a declined card). Depending on your credit card issuer, the "charge pending" status may be removed immediately, or on occasion, it can take up to several days.


Why can't I charge an International Credit Card?

For security purposes, Registrationmonster.com does not process International Credit Cards.
